im 2002 spec-v have 90,000 miles should i change my fuel filter and if so how

nissan recommends replacing your fuel filter every 15k miles its usually on the firewall by your master cylinder

Your sentra has an in tank fuel filter..... so in short you don't have to worry about replacing it.
