Had a question about 06 Spec-V

Was thinking about buying a brand new 2006 Nissan Sentra Spec-V and had a few questions about it. I was wondering what the top speed would be. Does it have a govenour on it. Which would be safer the Brembo brakes or the side air bags. Is that a really safe car or not.
Just wondering if someone could answer these question. Some opinions please.

im sure the specV could do 130... and get the brake upgrade.
