Help...fan blower works only on high speed

Can anybody give me any advice...My '97 Sentra's fan blower works only on high speed. I changed all fuses with no result. I'm aware it might be some electrical connection beneath those buttons but I did not try anything yet. Please, any suggestion how to get there and what to change?

You need a blower motor resistor.

Burnnout-I am having the same problem with a 96, how much would a blower motor resistor set me back?
