help me with spring rates PLEASE
 

I've got a 1992 sentra E and a 1993 sentra SE-R, if any one has any info on stock spring rates, what the paint spots = would be a big help. They used to be posted on here,but i cant find them anywhere, but then again that was about a year ago. THANKS FOR YOUR HELP!!
I found that the stock rates are F: 123 & R:112 hope it'll help someone !!!!!!
