p0507, p1138 NEED HELP!

So, last month I got my 2005 Nissan Sentra back after two years of storage. I went to the dmv and they told me i needed to get it past smog before I could start driving it. I took it in and they gave me a receipt with two codes on it that disallowed it to pass (p0507 and p1138). My mechanic (whose my neighbor and I’m super grateful that hes helping me out) checks tried diagnosing the p0507 and found that the idle rpm was higher than expected:

For the p1138 we had to figure out exactly what the hell a Swirl Control Valve was:

"its a variable intake in your intake manifold which regulates air into the manifold. i've heard of several problems associated with this; This could be due to low coolant levels in your engine etc. what it does- when you stop etc your engine should close this valve to increase the amount of air flow into your engine to promote better fuel vapourization. If i were you i would unhook your bat. and rehook it, see if your light goes off. then run codes again. if it is the swirl control valve you should be able to get one at auto zone etc and replace it. i havn't worked on a nissan sentra but would imagine replacing the Swirl control valve to be pretty simple since its right there on the intake manifold"

In end we replaced BOTH the Throttle Body and the Intake Manifold, removed the battery for a couple hours, used the computer to erase the codes and even did the variations of relearns before and after warm up and EVEN while removing two fuel injectors to see if we could “trick” the engine into learning a lower idle speed:

The Service Engine Soon light went away and as told by the Smog place, we drove it around for about 100 miles. During this 100 mile run, the engine gradually became worse and worse with the symptoms like the idle rpm still being jumpy and NOW a rhythmic pulse at startup which in a few days became my engine only starting on second or third try and i’d have to accelerate as i put turned the ignition. check for codes again and got a p1138, a p0507, AND a p0300 which is a random misfire.

We fixed the p0300 by replacing the spark plugs. but we cannot for the life of us seems to fix the p0507.
My mechanic continues to work on other things my car needs fixed but I have no idea how we are going to pass smog with this thing unless I at least get that RPM down. I will continue scouring the internet for an answer and repost if I find out how to fix this. Thanks in advance for ANY assistance.:confused::confused::D:D:D
