Default Plz help

So I have a 2005 Nissan Sentra I gotten new spark plugs for it months later got a 2006 Nissan Sentra same engine well the plugs from my 2005 are longer that the ones in my 2006 I didn’t realize that they were longer because Im more worried about the misfire in my 2006 so could the longer ones could of punctured my piston ??? And if so how do I know??? (There was only one long one in The rest were the original short ones once I found out 24 hours later it was different I changed it, I only drove to work and home)
