Default power steering belt

Anyone who has installed a power steering belt on a B14 Sentra or similar please reply to this post.

Which bolt(s) do I need to get to to release the tension?

Can I just sneak it over the water pump pulley (just put in new pump)?

there are 3 bolts get to the bottom bolt of the p/s braket and just loosen that one, there is an ajustment bolt you can get to from the top or with the wheel off with the plastic inner fender wheel well off and you loosen the on nut and then just back the bolt off and then the p/s pump should move enough for some slack to change the serp belt.

I got the ps belt off ater putting in a new pump.

Can I slide the belt over the pump pulley? That's the way I took the belt out.

That adjustment bolt is tricky.

well just put the belt on in the sequence you took it off and adjust it accordingly,
i know that the ajustment bolt thats hidden between the a/c compressor and alternator was tricky for me to find on my B14 but i found it after spending a good 30mins looking for it. but i got a good laugh from it.

I just put the ps belt back on by sneaking the belt over the wp pulley (held in place by one pulley bolt I had just started) I don't have a 12 mm socket or wrench. Last year I had to remove a ps pump bracket and swivel the pump to put the belt, But it's such a tight spot to reach that bolt from behind it's a pain in the a--.
