trunk won't open
 

I can't get my trunk to open. I think it may be frozen or sticking. I tried to open with trunk release inside car and I can hear it releasing but won't pop open. I have tried to prop the release into open position and pull up on trunk;still won't open. I tried to open with key and at first, key wouldn't go in and now I got it to go in, but still won't turn. It will not open with keyless entry either. Is there anyway to put the rear seat down with out going through the trunk to pull the release as I can not get in there to do that. Any idea on how to get into the trunk?
