I am going to buy a R34 stock skyline spoiler off ebay ifI can makethe wing of the spoiler a little smaller or lower. It says The small spoiler's angle is changeable . Can someone please tell me if that means that you can make the spoiler a little bit lower for a different car. It is universal fitting.

the link doesn't work anymore so I can't see the actuall item. If it is the stock wing, it won't be universal fit for other cars. i think you would be very lucky for it to be the right size. What car are you putting it on?
