I recently installed an Alpine CDA-9857, a couple of amps,2-12" subs,and 4 6.5 mids into my 2001 altima. Everything works fine except I have no radio reception. Ithought I needed an antenna adapter ,but the antenna plug from the carwill plug into the radio. What am I missing? Thanks for any help.

 

Take about 2 feet of wire and strip the end and put it in the hole where the antenna goes. If you get stations its your antenna is bad if you still don't get reception its probably the headunit.
