My 04 Altima has a loud road noise coming from the right rear and getting louder every day. I had the tire replaced and I jacked it up to check for a loose rim. The shock on that side is a little damp from oil. Any thoughts on what to look for ??

 

do single cams have lifters?maybe a timing chain guide?where is the noise coming from?
