when parked sometimes it wont start until i wiggle the shifter (auto tranny) or put it in neutral

Could the selector cable be loose or what could it be.

i would check to see if your cable is loose cause you nuetral saftey switch sounds like its still good so i would check your selctor cable before making any assumptions
