Default 2004 Nissan Serena AC help

Hello! Thank you for the add. Hoping to learn a lot from this group. This is my second Nissan Serena. I use it for hauling my bike to the track. For the second one, I am at 175,283 km and it’s still alive. Lately I had an issue with the AC. Sounded like the motor was failing and it start d popping fuses on the highest AC setting. I troubleshoot that to a faulty fan, and ordered a new fan. In hindsight, the fan will still spin up but it would blow the fuse under the steering wheel at the highest setting. But the old fan was making noises, as if the bearing was no longer doing what it was supposed to and this was extremely loud.

I installed an fan and it work. Trouble is, at the highest setting it will still blow fuses. What could be the cause of this? I’ve read about possible faulty ac blower resistor. Do these have a separate resistor, or is that built into the fan unit? I also read possibly faulty relay? Anyone have information on the relay part numbers? Looking at relays inside the box, they all appear to have the same part number? Can anyone confirm? I’ve blown around 12 fuses now testing the old and nee fan, through different fan settings and I would like to know if I have a bad relay, a bad resistor or what? Thank you all for your time!

edit: it’s a 2004 tc24.
