2007 Altima air vents
I bought a 07 Altima in January. It's a great car and has been working well. I have about 4,000 miles on it. A few days ago the air vents started making sounds. Whenever I have the air on, heat or AC, over half power the vents sound loud and the steering wheel shakes. Is there something lose or caught in there possibly? I just wanted to ask here first before I took it to get looked at. Thanks for your help, Christina

RE: 2007 Altima air vents
AS FAR AS THE VENTS BEING LOUD,I DON'T WHAT THAT COULD BE MAYBE THE BLOWER MOTOR,BUT I WOULDN'T WOORRY.NOW TO THE STEERING WHEEL SHACKING THAT COULD BE A FEW THINGS FROM TIRES TO ROTORS,BUT IF ITS SHACKING BAD I WOULDN'T DEFENITLY HAVE THAT CHECKED OUT,BECUASE A CAR THAT NEW SHOULDN'T BE SHACKING

RE: 2007 Altima air vents
Thanks for your response. The steering wheel only shakes when I turn the blower on for the airvents past half speed. So it's only when I use the air vents that the steering wheel shakes. The noise from the vents and the wheel shakingare in unision. So I guess it could be the blower motor? But, it still works fine, just a little nosy. I'm just making sure it doesn't turninto something bigger. Thanks, Christina

take your car to the dealership and have it checked out and fixed since its under warrenty it shouldnt cost you a dime. so take it there asap before somthing bad happens, as far as the blower noise it could either be a bad blower motor or you got leaf or somthing that made its way down to caust the noise, ive seen it many times at my dealership.
