Anti Car(HI)Jack mechanism

New here, got a Japan imported Avenire Salut X, 98 model.
Is there a way to activate the anti carjack, Hijack locks?
I hope you know what I am on about?
When you pull away in the car all the doors lock automatically so you cannot be carjacked at the lights. Then when the ignition is turned off the doors unlock.
