Need to remove the flexplate bolts from a qr25de engine. Alldata says its a modified e20 torx socket but to me it looks closer to a ep20 socket which would be an external torx plus drive type. Which is it? Where can I get one quickest (nissan dealer)? or is there a cheat for this drive type?

 

Nissan dealer's don't sell tools... you can either buy the appropriate torx from an autoparts store or you can use a flathead screw driver... if you have a breakdriver. ( you can hit it with a hammer and turn to break bolts loose)
