any Nissan techs here?? 2002 Altima, the mix door gear ****ed up, installed a new gear and the mix door moves pretty tight.. and the blend door actuator works on every position except your FEET.. as I watch everything work, it just seems the parts are loose and moving way to much for my liking which I think is most of the problem.. seems the heater box is just wore out.. is this common on the Altima? thanks Oh if I move the temp control know its tight and will not move the cable, if I twist harder it will move the cable a little but the **** clicks.. this whole heater control system seems screwed up.. if I replace the blend door actuator will I need a scan tool to set it right? thanks
