ok.. i got a 97 altima which has a ka24de.
it starts and it runs fine.....
until it hits normal temperature, then its starts to idle low and after 3-5minutes, it just dies.
and, not only that! when checked the ignition wires.. the 2 and 3 are melted to the spark plug!..
we replaced the spark plugs and wires, didnt change anything.. it stil melts the ignition wires!..
any input would help! thanks..
i just wanna know also why the ignition wires melts if the motor doesnt even over heats!..
do you guys think theres a leak in my O-Ring?

The reason your wires keep frying is because of signal feedback coming through the case of your distributor frequency modafier.... basically what you need to do is get some JB Weld and use that to attach your hands to the leak on the distributor... that way your problem is fixed and your hands will stop typing.
