i had a rat issue in my 300zx a while back. almost half of the wires through the whole car are chewed in two. i went as far as i could with my haynes and chilton wiring diagrams, but i need something that goes deeper into the wiring. can anyone help? delarosa74868@yahoo.com

 

what harness has been chewed up cause i have access to all data at my work i need to know what wiring diagram you need and can see what i can do.

 

its the one with the combination switch, headlights, blinkers, tail lights ect...

 

hey HXC_sentra, i was just wondering if you have found a wiring diagram or not. i went to a nissan dealer, but all he could give me was a diagram for an '89. do you think that would work? i know the body style ('84 to '89) is the same, but i'm not sure if the wiring diagrams are.

 

well if he got the info off of alldata thats what i have access to but i would think they would be similar but to tell you the truth the only 300zx i worked on in the past 4 years as a tech was my friends 88 300zx and all it needed was an alternator so im not to familiar with that wiring harness. but if you still have enough harness to see what colors the wires and tracers are just look at the diagram and see if they match if they dont then you need the wiring diagram for your year vehicle.
