I have a 2001 Maxima, and was changing out the PCV Valve. I found it, removed it, and was having no problems. Then when I went to replace it, I put it back into the grommet, and I noticed it was loose, so I pulled it back out, taking out 1/2 of the grommet, and leaving the other half in the valve. I tried to get it out with sharp nose pliers, and it went further in there and now I cannot see it. Does anyone know what I can do, or what will happen if I leave it in there and buy a new grommet?
