Default Phantom tension adjuster on 95 Sentra

I am in the process of replacing the drive belts on a 95 Sentra. I have replaced the belt on the alternator, however, I'm failing miserably on the drive belt that runs over the water pump. According to the manual there is a tension bolt, which I believe I have found, yet it does nothing. I cannot find anything that will adjust the tension so I can get this belt back on. I'm sure there is something I'm missing. Anyone run into this problem? [:@]

if its the 1.6L sentra the adjuster that i spent a while looking for on my sentra is right above the a/c compressor and its a small like 10mm or 12mm bolt to adjust tension for the alternator belt your going to have to get it from under the car with a socket and extension and ratchet hopefully this helps you

I found that one alright, it's just the other belt that's giving me problems.

that one is on the back of the motor i believe its the p/s not sure but its on the rear theres a bolt from the inside on the oil filter side and you have to loosen that bolt that holds the p/sthen adjbolt should be on the rear by the firewall. im not 100% cause i sold my 97 sentra last year but i replaced my belts when i put an unorthadox crank pulley on so im pretty sure its in that genral area.
