i'm wondering if anybody could give me an idea as to why my sentra is having trouble in quick acceleration from idle to 3k?

Did you get any responses to this. I have a 2020 Sentra S and today I noticed the same problem my engine heat gauge was nearly halfway which I be never seen it at specially when it's 11 celcius out, and it was reviving from 0 to 40 at 3k as well. Made me a little concerned
