94 maxima. I had a bad regulator so i replaced it then when i was done the the switch won't work. so i replaced that. new switch and still nothing. the power locks work but the window switches don't i can jump the wireing harness to get them to roll down but i just want to use the switch. at the same time the seatbelts don't come back when you open or close the door or turn the key. Any help would be wonderfull.

 

do those by chance share a common fuse?

 

the fuse under the hood is (30 amp) is good as is the one under the dash.
