Won't go into 5th gear

I have a 1994 Sentra and it started popping out of 5th gear and now it won't go into 5th at all. Any suggestions on how to fix. Thanks

your syncros might be bad unless you know how to rebuild manuel trans i suggest you either find a used tranny from a junkyard or bring it to a tranny shop and have them rebuild it.
