As part of my Github code portfolio I would like to write a batch VIN decoder that allows you to enter in a send a batch of VINs in an API call from the junkyard for the purpose of tagging the manual transmission VINs. Your VIN lookup is one of few that offer accurate transmission information. I intend to make the code available as Open Source. Thanks. I can locally store VIN - transmission key-value pairs only if you could provide me with that data. Since this is an academic exercise, I plan to do Nissans only.
