Hey guys. I just bought a used 04 Pathfinder SE 2WD.

I traded in an 04 Subaru Legacy sedan (ever since I got the car I wanted more power and more room....the Pathfinder fits both. ESPECIALLY the power. damn this thing has some guts, but damn how about the mileage???!!!)

I love it so far, though I've had it about 45 days and it needs a new head unit for the Bose 6 disc changer. Is this common? It's under warranty, so I don't give a isht, but I don't want it to keep happening, if it's something I did (dont' see how it is, it was working at night when I parked it, in the morning it wouldn't play discs).

The other issue that's reared it's head is that the brakes sound 'gritty' when stopping. The dealer said it's fairly normal, but they're going to look at it when it goes in to get the stereo replcaed....

Is this common or not?
