I'm having trouble contacting the right people at Nissan to help with a problem I'm having with the dealership. Because of a irresponsible mistake, the Nissan service dept. caused my oil drain plug to fall out and the engine to loose it's oil. They say that no damage was done to the engine, and that the engine is fine,which I'm not so sure. We feel that this has compromised the engine life. All we want is a extended warrenty, because we know that Nissan engines are very good at getting high mileages. If the engine is OK, then why won't they stand by this engine? We've called the Nissan Consummer Affairs dept., and they agree with us, but nothing is being done. Now, they don't even return my calls. HELP! Does anyone have a phone number I can call to get to the bottom of this. We Won't Go Away!
