Default making 300whp sr20det

Hey I'm in the market to build a sr20 to turn about 290-300 whp. I've found a swapped 240 with a redtop bone stock how hard would it be to turn obtain 300 HP with out breaking the bank OR engine. I've pondered on cams and valvetrain ect but I'm thinking I might wanna go ahead and turn up the boost and fuel. What are SAFE levels of boost for a stock redtop?

running a t25 with the wastegate stuck closed on a sr20 would do, that would be fine as long as you have the fuel there for it

what im pondering on doing is purchasing a topmount manifold, and a larger turbocharger with an external wastegate, how much boost should i stay around to prevent any damage internally? ive also found a set of 640cc injectors in a combo with a walbro 255lph Fuel pump. and all of it for around 900$ i also plan on replacing the Smaller FMIC that is currently on the car with a larger one.
