Default Motor swap and emissions

im looking at dropping a Skyline GTS-Turbo R33 RB25DET in my 91 nissan 240sx. i live in denver colorado and i am wondering if i would have any problems passing emissions.

well thats going to be a little difficult cause i originally from so. cali and i had to take my cars to a smog shop and pretty much bribe them and they would pass me. but cali is also very restrictive on emissions. I dont know exactly what colorado asks for but i know the jdm engine swaps would probably fail cause there so possed to be illeagal but if you just throw a normal cat. converter (not a high flow cat) on and turn down the boost and fuel and if it finely tuned you should pass the sniffer test but i would take it to someone that your freinds with and give em a little extra and have em pass you. out here in missouri we only have a normal state inspection no sniffer test except in KC and ST. Louis, i can personally inspect my cars cause i have my state inspection licence if you lived out here i would help you out. well hope it all works out.
