Which engine would be better to build up? A non-turbo engine or the twin turbo.

 

You always get the most power for your money going the turbo route.

Forgive me if you already know but you can just slap some turbos on a na motor. The block and compression is different from the na to the tt. The na has a higher compression ratio. You may want to look at finding a vg30dett motor somewhere.
