I HAVE A SERIOUS PROBLEM I DONT KNOW TO MUCH ABOUT CARS BUT NONE OF MY LOCKS ON MY CAR WORKS MEANING THE KEY DOES NOT WORK IN THE LOCKS. I cant lock my doors because of it...I locked my doors on accident and i went thru the window to open the door and the alarm system went off and the whole car is completely dead right now..A few people have told me to take the plugs off which i did. I let it set for 2 hours went back and connected the cables and the alarm still sounds off...I get absolutely no response from any part of the car...I even took this little box thats connected to battery cables i took that off and still the alarm sounds...My question is there anyway that i can take the alarm off completely or just deactivate it for now...So that my car will start up...or is there away to get around the situation and get the car started? I just put brand new everything under the hood engine tranny everything was rebuilt....I dont think any of that is why the car wont start but i do think the car has a anti-lock system on it cause i dont have a alarm system i never even knew there was one on it till yesterday.....Please Help me out it is a Nissan 300zx its a 1990 please help me out thank you very much

 

You need to find the "alarm box" if you will and unplug it then disconnect the battery both + and -and leave it like that for 5 mins. Then re connect battery and you should be good to go.
