I lost the top alternator bolt to my 1.985 300ZX Nissan. I contacted the dealerships in vain, . All I need to know is the specifications for that bolt, size etc... so that I can get one at the hardware store. Would any body know what the size of that bolt is ? I f there is a good mechanic in this forum I would appreciatean answer.

 

This is not info that normally a dealership can give you ... they would have to actually have one in stock and measure it for you .... good luck anyway. .... It is a hitachi alternator so you might be able to get the info from them ?
