Cant help you on the sensor, but on the altimas.net forum, there are alot of photos.

I just got my 02 3.5L 5-Speed with Stillen Exhaust. Pretty quick car and I will be doing CAI, Headers w/down-pipe and a 75 shot here in the spring.

The cold air intake is not difficult to put on its just alot of screws and push pins. After you get the air box and and front piping off you can go underneath the car and remove the front under shroued. Remove the lower air box chamber, it has 2 small nuts holding it on. To put on the CAI first put all the upper parts on and leave them lose and tighten when done. Take the long curved piece and install from underneath the car its best if you have some one help you. Then connect all the pieces, it is also a good idea to get the bypass valve, it helps to avoid hydrolock. Let me know if you have any problems. FYI I have a cosmo CAI but id has a few draw backs to it, if you want it I will let you know what they are.
