Hello everyone!
today while driving home i was listening to the radio.....base stock system....and i looked down at the radio display and I noticed that it was fading/flickering for at least 2 mins that I saw but wasnt constant did it then stopped then did it again. I was thinking battery voltage right away. is there an issue with these cars or these radios. Ive heard of someone with an 2009 that had battery control module issues?

I also have another issue that im not sure yet were its coming from but when it rains hard for a while I think Im getting water on my carpet on the passenger side at the tunnel in the front seat. I did already pull back the carpet there and the AC drain hose is there and it is connected at both ends.
But this happened even before the AC was on. the carpet doesnt get soaked but mildly damp as if my wet shoes have touched the carpet. But I am a Master Tech with Mercedes and I know the smell of dampness. it just doesnt seem to be leaking enough to find where its coming from and I havent had a chance to do a water test and actually locate where its coming in.
i was thinking maybe from the windshield area?

I was also wondering if maybe this water is causing my radio issue?

By the way I dont have a sunroof.

you have obviously washed or cleaned the top with wrong cleaners. you need to completely dry the top and have it waterproofed again. if the top is canvas,instead of vinal, it is was that waterproofs canvas
