My car use to chime, but it has just stopped. It only chimes to remind me to put on my seat belt. I accidently left my lights on one time.It use to chime to tell me i left my lights on or if ileft the key in the ignition or if the door is ajar. Also my shift console ( P R N D) lights don't come on at night.So i can't see to put my car in drive or reverse.I have to use the over head light. Any ideas? it's a 1995 Nissan Altima GLE

More than likely, Yes, seeing as both of those things are not working.
