they started putting timing chain in model 98+ if i'm right.

93? damn! it's early! some 07' don't even have it (chrysler sebring)

some new cars dont have chains cause its cheaper for the companies to put belts in.... and usually means that you come back later in time to get it replaced.

yeah but the problem is that nobody want that so they choose the competitor... so it's intheir advantage to put a timing chain.
