Question Help bearings? hub? alignment?

I need help figuring this out! Not sure if its the Nissan dealer service shop that I'm dealing with or what!

Not to be like a bad AAMCO COMMERCIAL or anything, but my 2003 Altima with 108k miles is has a progressively louder road noise that corrolates directly to the speed of the car. Most noticebly 40 to 60mph. The fast I go the fast the "wahwahwahwah" sound. Also my alignment seems sporadic. it usually pulls to the right, sometimes straight, sometimes drifts left.

The HISTORY:
4 weeks ago. Alighment was done 9by Tire Kingdom) was pulling to the right severely. This bettered the situation but was a slight pull to the left with a shimmy in the wheel.

The front rotors were bad (warped) so I replaced those myself.

I noticed it still had a shimmy and the noise. I took it to Nissan and told them to balance the wheels if need or figure out what it was and maybe check the front bearings. The balance the tires and said that was the issue. The shimmy is gone, BUT still road noise is getting louder and my alignment is sporadic. Is this two seperate issues? Is is possible the bearings? Do bearings cause alignment to go crazy?

I plan on bringing it back to Nissan as I do have a extended warranty on the vehicle.

Please help!
