Hey, this is my first post so bear with me if this was mentioned in previous posts. I have a 99 nissan altima gxe and one day I put the key in the ignition and it would not turn. I already checked it out at the garage i work andand we think it is the lock cylinder but i didnt know if anyone else had the same problem and it was something else that was an easier fix. thanks in advance for any help.

 

Lock cylinder more than likely .... is this the same worn key that you have been using ? .... if so get a new key made and take it in and out of the cylinder 40 times in a row.... if that doesn't work get a cylinder.
