Default NEED HELP!!!

2002 altima 3.5 v6, vehicle won't start, and dies approx 15-20 minutes after being jumped...when i try to turn the ignition, the gauges start flipping all over the place, there is no power, and there is a constant clicking in the pcm. tested with multimeter, reading 26volts before start, 30 during the vehicle running and 5volts after it died,..... i think it might be the alternator, or maybe even the battery!!! if it is the alternator, any ideas how to remove it easily? including a detailed instruction on the belt tensioner!!!

THANX
