Default Resetting computer data

2014 Altima S with 2.5 engine

One screen on my dashboard shows average miles per hour and average miles per gallon, along with two sets of time. We just bought the vehicle with 19,063 and the average mpg was 23 and now, after a little over a thousand miles, it is up to 25. The average miles per hour is now all the way up to 20 from 18. And the minutes/hours of operating time appear to be just running and accumulating as long as the engine is on.

Is there any way to reset any of this data to reflect our driving style? My wife commutes daily to work via the highway and cruzes at 65 both ways. And many days, she drives to work and back home without any in town driving at all. So her average speed ought to be at least 40 to 45 mph. And we have been averaging a combined highway/city mileage of of 33.5 mpg, not 23.

Can I reset any of these figures or are they just basically meaningless and always reflective of the speed gan mpg over the life of the vehicle?

Thanks for the help. I found nothing in the operator's manual that might help except for the reset to manufacturer's default settings.
