01 Frontier Missfire
01 Frontier super charged v6 4x4 140,000km I run super gas all the time, maintain well and super charger was replaced last spring.
My truck started misfiring on occasion, not all the time. Trouble light flashes when it’s really bad and then stays on. My dealer has cleaned the injectors - drove it and it still happened occasionally but the next time the trouble light came on I took it back in while it was missing (almost to a stall at idle) and they said now the light was telling them it was cylinder 6 misfire. They said the mechanic then recalled an issue with that models cylinder 6 plug wire failing cause of the bend around the super charger. So they replaced all the plug wires and plugs. Ran ok for 2h then started again. Now the misfire is almost constant. They have it back now and are trying to diagnose. I'm into them for $1000! And problem is still not identified!
Any ideas?
