Hi Guys,

I am still new here! I would like to know where I can raise my concern about nissan after sales support. I just bought my first nissan car (grand livina) here in the philippines and I really like it. What bothers me right now is that I have been waiting for two months already for a quarter panel of my new car. This grand livina is a new model and I just bought it March last year and I caught up in an accident last december. I brought my car to the nissan dealer and they have no available parts? They are always telling me that they are still coordinating from japan and I end up waiting and waiting.....

I think Nissan support here in the Philippines needs to improve. Their car is good but if the after sales service is bad, they will lose potential customers. I want my concern raised to nissan international so that they can do something about it and improve their service hopefully. does anyone knows where can I email my concern?
