looking for info about disclosure from dealer. in June 2017, purchased "new" 2017 Altima. Now I find Carfax reports my car was in a moving vehicle accident and repaired 4 months before I purchased. Should this not have been disclosed to me. Dealer says Carfax is wrong. NMVTIS shows same report. Will this accident on Carfax effect my resale value? anyone else have experience with Lokey Nissan in Clearwater, Fl?
