Hi - I bought an 05 Nizmo this past weekend that has 29k miles. I wanted to replace the brakepads but wasn't sure which vendor and how much I should be paying. Anyone have advice into which brakepads to choose?

Try going to www.shomnisparts.com. Pretty good prices and carry most of Nissan repalcement parts. By the way, I have a 05 Nismo with 72k on it with the original pads

 

For the fronts your going to be looking at about $50 and the rear about $35 or so ...... I have them in stock so let me know if you need them. ( Referring to original Nissan brakes )

 

Usually, brake pads will differ in their longevity or how long a particular brake pad will last. Another common difference between brake pads is the noise it produces. Some brake pads are made of material that absorbs heat more efficiently and produces less noise. Bought some of my nissan frontier parts as well as pads online too...it was recommended by a friend so i guess it's a trusted dealer.
