I've got a 2000 Frontier.In recent months, it has developed a condition where, at any given time, any or all of the gauges will quit. Usually it's the tach and speedo; but sometimes any or all of the others. Then, for no reason, they will come back on.....or go off......or on. Perplexing.

 

sounds like it has a electrical short in the gauge harnes or guage clusterif all the gauges are acting goofy if it was only one gauge then it would be a different story.
