Can't remove VSS

Can't remove VSS
Hello,
I'm attempting to remove my VSS on my 2000' Frontier 4x4 V6 Auto, but it won't budge. I managed to break the tab that bolts the VSS on, but the actual sensor almost seems welded on. I've added an image for reference. Ideas?
EDIT: Progress!!! I think I just made things MUCH worse. It would seem all the prying simply just broke the VSS in half... I would almost guess that the VSS was put on there with JB Weld. See picture below.
