El Grand Starter Issue

El Grand Starter Issue
My El Grand (E-50) won't start. Battery is fully charged. Fuse (7.5A) is good as well. No issues with it starting prior to this problem. When you turn the ignition key- nothing. Not even a click. Am I missing a fuse somewhere that may have blown?
