Default sparkplugs

I have changed most of the plugs in my 1993 v6 nissan 4x4 pu, i'm having trouble getting the very back plug to go, is there a trick or do i need to pull the manifold off or what? is there a special tool ? i thought i had it in once as the socket bottomed out and stopped turning, then i could barley getthe socketout. fired it up to here it missing badly and i rechecked the plug i could pull it out with my fingers, now having a problem getting it to start. i did not see any problem with the threads on the plug and i did use antiseize. any ideas?
