I am having trouble with the delay wipers, dash light dimmer, etc and the manual indicates the Timer Control Unit may be defective. This happened right after I had disconnected the battery. Has anyone had this happen, and can tell me what to do about it.

Try taking out and resoldering every component/connector. Use std sharp tip solder not to heat the module too much
