99 Maxima engine rattle + oil burn
Hello everyone,
My car is a Nissan Maxima 1999, it burns a lot of oil.
What usually happens is this: i'll be driving, randomly i'll step on the gas, only to feel a loss of power, the engine will make a rattling sound, then a lot of oil will be exhausted.
I'm never able to reproduce the problem for my mechanic, which is annoying.
Any suggestions?
